Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the 4th respondent in mutating petitioners' name in web-land in respect of the subject land in spite of several representations and application made on 27-06-2017 in A.P. Online for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will take action on the petitioners' representations/application within six (06) weeks and communicate his thereon to petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to action on the petitioners' representations/application within six (06) weeks and communicate his thereon to petitioners. No costs.
