This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.471 of 2017 of Keesara Police Station, Rachakonda.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 29.10.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject crime, investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed before Assistant Sessions Judge, L.B.Nagar, and S.C.No.185 of 2018 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous leaving open the remedies available to the petitioner/ accused No.1 under law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
