THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.44484 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed to 3rd respondent through representation dt.11-06-2017, and that the 3rd respondent has not passed orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that petitioner should apply in Form-6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 3rd respondent and if such application is made, 3rd respondent will consider the same and take appropriate action. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make application in Form-6A prescribed under the above Act to 3rd respondent for mutation as well as issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in his favour, and within six (06) weeks of submission of such application, the 3rd respondent shall take appropriate action and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
