THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.44500 of 2017 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 26845 of 2017 and batch, dated 30.11.2017. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that following the above said orders, this Court allowed Writ Petition Nos.38710 of 2017 and Batch, by order dated 12.12.2017. A copy of the same is also placed on record along with writ petition and it is extracted hereunder:
"These cases relate to wrong bubbling or some technical defect in filling up of the circles without affecting their merit in answering the questions. The issue was elaborately considered by this Court in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch.
Since the issue was covered by order dated 30.11.2017 in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch, the writ petitions are allowed and the respondents are directed to evaluate the answer scripts of the petitioners and depending on the marks obtained by them, shall take further action, and also to complete the verification, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
The writ petitions are accordingly allowed.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs".
Following the said order, this writ petition is allowed and the respondents are directed to evaluate the answer scripts of the petitioners and depending on the marks obtained by them, they shall take further action, and also complete the verification, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
