The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed WP.No.30896 of 2017 seeking direction to the respondents to provide electricity connection to the subject building, without insisting upon 'Occupancy Certificate' from the 5th respondent and this Court disposed of the said writ petition on 13.09.2017 directing the respondents to release power supply to the subject premises of the petitioner on condition of the petitioner furnishing an undertaking to produce the 'Occupancy Certificate' from the concerned Municipality, within a period of three months. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner approached the Municipal Corporation for issuance of 'Occupancy Certificate', they have not inspected the subject premises and granted the said certificate, as such they seek three months time for production of 'Occupancy Certificate'.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of granting three months time to the petitioner for production of 'Occupancy Certificate', and in case, the petitioner fails to produce the same within three months, it is open for the respondents to take appropriate

action for withdrawal of power supply, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
