Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner contends that he has preferred an appeal under Section 5(B) of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before the 2nd respondent, which is numbered as A3/6933/2012 and that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the same. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal within three (03) months after giving notice to all the affected parties. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the appeal filed by petitioner within three (03) months after giving notice to all the affected parties. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
