Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T.Bala Kishan, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3.
When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner, so also, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3, submit that the writ petition is squarely covered by a common order of this Court, in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch dated 30.12.2017, and a copy of the same is placed on record, along with the writ petition, as material papers. Following the above order, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms thereof, and respondent No.3 is directed to evaluate the answer scripts of the petitioner depending on the marks obtained by him, and shall take further action. Office to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No.26845 of 2017 and batch dated 30.12.2017.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
