This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 07.12.2017 passed in I.A. No.928 of 2017 in O.S. No.52 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tiruvuru, Krishna District. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 09.1.2018. In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
