THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.44716 of 2017 When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 29.01.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jagadgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said written instructions read as under:

"In due obedience to the filling of the writ petition by the petitioner herein, this respondent has obtained a fresh complaint from the petitioner herein on 28.12.2017 (not received the complaint dt.2.12.2017 addressed to the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad) and upon which, a case in Cr.No.1100/2017 U/secs.448, 427, 379, 471 r/w 34 IPC dated 28.12.2017 was registered against Smt.B.Vasantha and Sri Vijay who are the unofficial respondents 4 and 5 herein and taken up the investigation into the case. I humbly submit that the investigation is at the initial stage.

Necessary steps will be taken against the accused in the FIR depending on the evidence adduced during the course of investigation into the case.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition deserves no consideration".

In view of the above developments, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
