A perusal of the docket order, dated 24.11.2017, of the learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in O.S.No.13 of 2008 to proceed with the suit for no stay in the transfer petition stated pending, no way requires interference, much less to keep the revision pending.

Accordingly and in the result, the civil revision petition is disposed of. The remedy of the petitioners is to seek any stay in the transfer petition if there is any urgency, else to get it disposed of.
