THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.44814 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2.

The petitioner claims to be belonging to Scheduled Caste community and a permanent resident of Saluru. He completed his Bachelor of Arts and also completed B.Ed. He was appointed as Additional Program Officer on contract basis by proceedings dated 16.03.2008 and initially he was allotted to G.K.Veedhi Visakhapatnam. Thereafter, he was transferred on administrative grounds to Ananthagiri G.Madugula and later on transferred to Aruku Valley. When the third respondent issued proceedings on 11.10.2017 keeping the writ petitioner under suspension, the present Writ Petition was filed.

3.

A reading of the impugned order of suspension shows that the Social audit conducted in respect of 11 mandals reveals certain irregularities and the third respondent wanted to conduct enquiry as against the petitioner. In view of proposed enquiry, this Court cannot interfere with the order of suspension, but directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to observe that the petitioner shall cooperate with conclusion of enquiry.

4.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
