HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.44672 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner owns an extent of Ac.4.50 cts in Sy. No.1989 of Mannur village, Rajampet Mandal and that in spite of representation made by him on 27-02-2017 to enter his name in the online/web land records, 4th respondent is not taking any action.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will dispose of the said application of the petitioner within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
