Respondent Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No. 104 of 2017 on the file of Chittamuru Police Station, SPSR Nellore District.
The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Amancharla Satish Babu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (AP) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
" This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to him in Crime No.104 of 2017 of Chittamuru Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354D, 366, 376 and 417 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.
The material on record reveals that the petitioner was remanded to judicial custody on 26.10.2017. There was a love between the parties to the dispute. It is alleged that the petitioner/accused refused to marry the de facto complainant, who is a 2nd year B.Tech. student. The report in this case is lodged with the police with a delay of 1 1⁄2 months.

Having regard to the nature of accusation and the material collected so far, the petitioner/accused can be enlarged on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C., on some conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kota, SPSR Nellore District.
On release, the petitioner/accused shall report before the Station House Officer, Chittamuru Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, on every Sunday between 08.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet.
