Petitioner had made application for survey on 17.10.2017 through mee-seva to the respondents 3 to 5 and contends that no action has been taken by the respondents in that regard. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the respondents 3 to 5 will complete the survey as sought by the petitioner in the said application of the subject land within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all affected parties and communicate their decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 to 5 to complete the survey as sought by the petitioner in his application dt.17.10.2017 of the subject land within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all affected parties and communicate their decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
