Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners made an application on 11-11-2017 in Me Seva for mutation and issuance of title-cum-e pass book and contends that 4th respondent is not disposing of the same. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will dispose of the said application of the petitioners within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioners within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
