HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.44642 OF 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not releasing the power supply to the petitioner's premises on the ground of not producing occupancy certificate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.38855 of 2017 by its order dated 17.11.2017. The same is not disputed by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation.

For the reasons alike in the order dated 17.11.2017, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the Occupancy Certificate from the concerned Municipality/Municipal Corporation, within a period of three months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents

to take appropriate action in accordance with law for withdrawal of power supply. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 02.01.2018 Note: Issue CC in two days.
