W.P.No.30960 of 2017 is finally disposed of by setting aside the punishment imposed.

In view of the same, this contempt case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if the order passed in the writ petition are not complied. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
