The written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kothaavheruvu Police Station, Anantapur District are filed stating that after enquiry, basing on the complaint of the petitioner herein, police registered Cr.No.26/2017, dated 21.04.2017, for the offences under Section 448, 506, 390 R/w 34 I.P.C against one Chenna Keshavareddy and others on the file of the Kothacheruvu Police Station, Anantapur District and the investigation was taken up. It is also stated that the investigating Officer addressed a letter on 05.11.2017 to the Superintendent of Police, Ananthapuram requesting to accord permission to refer the case as false and after obtaining the permission from the Superintendent of Police, Anantapuram and after serving the notice on the petitioner herein, final report will be filed before the concerned Court. 2.

The said statements are placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open for him, if he is so advised, after receipt of notice and after filing of final report.
