Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied through meeseva on 12.11.2017 for F-Line/sub-division of the land claimed by him to the respondents and that respondent Nos.3 to 6 are not taking any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that respondent Nos.3 to 6 will conduct survey and effect sub-division of the subject land, as sought by the petitioner, after giving notice to all affected parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 to 6 to conduct survey and effect sub-division of the subject land, as sought by the petitioner, after giving notice to all affected parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
