I.A.No.1 of 2020 is filed by the petitioners seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2020 filed by the petitioners is ordered and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order of suspension granted by this Court on 03.01.2018 shall stand vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
