Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has made application under G.O.Ms.No.59 dt.30-12-2014 for regularization of his occupation dt.17-01-2015 to 4th respondent and that though the said application is pending consideration by respondent Nos.1 to 3, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner's application for regularization will be considered by competent authority within two months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order. 4.
Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the competent authority under the said G.O. to consider petitioner's application for regularization made on 17-01-2015 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pending such consideration, the respondents shall not interfere with the possession and enjoyment by the petitioners of the subject property.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
