Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to apply in Form VI-A for mutation and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed to the petitioners under the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
