HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging that directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.26010 of 2017, dated 04.08.2017, are not complied with. By order dated 04.08.2017, the impugned endorsement dated 07.03.2017 was set aside and matter was remitted to 3rd respondent. 3rd respondent was directed to cause notice on petitioner and furnish copy of the report of Village Revenue Officer, and on receipt of explanation, consider and pass appropriate orders within four weeks after receipt of explanation. Along with the counter-affidavit, proceedings of the Tahsildar, Kondapak Mandal, dated 27.01.2018 are enclosed. Proceedings would show that in compliance of the direction of this Court, notices were issued, relevant records were perused, and decision was made. This decision of Tahsildar is in compliance of the directions issued by the Court. Court is not expressing any opinion on merits, and petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies, if he is aggrieved by the decision of Tahsildar. Contempt Case is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
