When the matter was taken up for hearing on O2.O8.2O23, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in morning session, as well as afternoon session. To give one opportunity, the matter was posted to 09.O8.2O23. On 09.08.2023 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. To give final opportunity, the matter was posted to I 1.08.2023 under the caption "'for dismissal".

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, in spite of the matter is being listed under the caption "for dismissal". It appears that the petitioner is not having any interest to prosecute the case.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
