THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.44897 of 2017 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the documentary evidence produced by the petitioner for entering his name in pahani copies, in respect of the subject lands, situated in Survey Nos. 175/, 177 and 179 and 180 for an extent of Ac. 13.09 Gnts, situated in Rapalli Village, Bonakal Mandal, Khammam District.

This Court carefully perused the application submitted by the petitioner and noticed that the said representation is not in the prescribed proforma as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act.

In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to apply to the 4th respondent in the prescribed proforma and as and when such an application is filed, it is needless to observe that the 4th respondent shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of such application. 4.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
