By way of this civil revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution, defendants 3, 10, 11, 12 and 15 in O.S.No.34 of 2010 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, complain about the non-disposal of the suit.

As the petitioners in the civil revision petition do not seek any adjudication on merits, this Court deems it unnecessary to put the respondents herein on notice or afford them an opportunity of hearing. O.S.No.34 of 2010 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, was filed for declaration of title and for recovery of possession.

Sri T.N.M.Ranga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, would state that the matter has undergone several adjournments but is still at the stage of framing of issues.

This Court has already issued circular instructions on the administrative side directing the subordinate Courts under its jurisdiction to give priority of hearing to pre-2012 matters so as to bring down pendency. The subject suit, being of the year 2010, would be one of the identified matters in this regard. The Court below must therefore endeavour to give utmost priority to the disposal of the subject suit along with the matters of earlier vintage and see that it is disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

The civil revision petition is disposed of directing the learned IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to take note of the circular instructions issued by this Court on the administrative side

and endeavour to dispose of the subject suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
