Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to apply in Form VI-A prescribed under the A.P. Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds Act, 1971 to 4th respondent for mutation of his name in the revenue records.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
