On 01.09.2025, W.P.No.45005 of 2017 was dismissed for non prosecution/default.

For reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the application is ordered and the writ petition is restored to its file, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to each of the respondents within a period of one week from today and proof of payment of costs shall be filed by way of a Memo in the Registry.

There shall be interim direction as prayed for, as reflected in the order dated 05.01.2018.

Post the writ petition on 13.02.2026.
