Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
These two Writ Petitions are filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in dispossessing the petitioners form their respective plots situated in Survey Nos.179 to of Kummarigudem, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, as arbitrary and illegal.

In one of the Writ Petitions i.e., in W.P.No.14151 of 2016 respondent No.2 filed counter-affidavit stating that there is no proposal for construction of bus stand and they are not interfering with the possession of the petitioners.

Recording the same, these two Writ Petitions are disposed of. However, disposal of the Writ Petitions will not prevent the authorities from taking action according to law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these two writ petitions shall stand closed.
