Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners have applied for issuance of e passbook through representation dt.02-09-2017 made to 3rd respondent and contend that the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that 3rd respondent will dispose of the petitioners' representation within six weeks and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representation within six weeks and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
