Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner has filed an application on 07-08-2017 in Form VIA under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass books Act, 1971 before 2nd respondent for change of name in pattadar pass book and title deed as well as mutation and 2nd respondent is not taking action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will decide the said application within six weeks, after giving notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the petitioner's application within six weeks, after giving notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
