Heard the counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent nos.1 to 3; and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, counsel for respondent nos.4 and 5. 2.

The impugned proceedings dt.09.12.2017 issued by the 5th respondent has been withdrawn by the 4th respondent vide proceedings No.1/C19/05235/2017 dt.24.03.2018, and it is stated in the said proceedings that the building application of petitioners will be re-examined by respondent nos.4 and 5.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.4 and 5 to consider petitioners' application for grant of building permission within a period of four (04) weeks from today. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
