Learned Standing Counsel for GHMC has informed that 5th respondent has withdrawn the proceedings dt.15-12-2017, whereunder it had asked the petitioner to obtain NOC from 3rd respondent- District Collector.

In view of this, the cause in this Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
