Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to 3rd respondent and that the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will take action pursuant to the petitioner's application within a period of three (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take action pursuant to the petitioner's application within a period of three (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
