This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order in I.A.No.598 of 2017 in O.S.No.181 of 2011 dated 8.11.2017 allowing the said application by appointing a Commissioner to visit the suit schedule property to identify, locate and demarcate the property with the help of a Mandal Surveyor by surveying the said extents of both the parties with the help of Field Measurement Book and other connected revenue records. 2.

Now it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that pursuant to the warrant issued to the Commissioner, the Commissioner inspected the said property and submitted report on 15.2.2018 and in view of the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 3.

The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. However it is open to the petitioner to take all objections against the said report before the lower Court, if the petitioner so desires.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
