This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order, dated 24-08-2017, passed by this Court in WP.No.27406 of 2017.

It is stated by both the counsel that the order in the writ petition has been complied with.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
