This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct a de novo inquiry pursuant to the orders passed by the Joint Collector, Warangal in proceedings Rc.No.W5/1071/2013 dated 28.10.2015 relating to the claim of Occupancy Rights Certificate pertaining to the land of an extent of Ac.0.32 guntas, Ac.0.13 guntas, Ac.1.06 guntas, Ac.0.27 guntas and Ac.7.00 guntas in Survey Nos.415, 416, 418, 419 and 420 respectively, situated in Jangaon Village and Mandal. 2.

Learned counsel for the 4th respondent submits that OA.16 of 2016 filed by the 4th respondent, is posted for arguments and the subject land is an endowment property and the 4th respondent was not made a party to the proceedings before the 2nd respondent or the 1st respondent.

In view of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, this Court is not going into the merits of the case, but in view of the order already passed by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent is directed to issue separate notice to the 4th respondent in this Writ Petition and take up further proceedings pursuant to the order of the 2nd respondent dated 28.10.2015 and pass appropriate order after hearing the petitioner, 4th respondent and other affected

parties in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
