The limited nature of the grievance of the petitioner is that his application for raising the order of attachment has not been disposed of for the past three years.

2. Heard Mr. M.Karuna Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the limited nature of the grievance, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the application for raising the order of attachment within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
