HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3378 OF 2017 ORDER:

Sri Challa Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the revision petitioners, would now contend that the only request of the revision petitioners is that the Court below itself at the time of pronouncing judgment, after hearing the arguments, can look into the C.C. camera footages by securing it, without even disclosing it to either party i.e., the prosecution or the defence. That has been the limited request now made as against the original request made before the Court below and being unsuccessful, challenging which, the present Criminal Revision Case is filed.

2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioners would also fairly contend that the law is yet to be settled as to whether the C.C. cameras used in the Court below can be looked into or not. He would also make a request that liberty may be given to the revision petitioners to move an application to agitate what has been now stated.

3. Granting such liberty, since, it is to be once again re-agitated before the Court below, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
