HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos.44749 of 2017 and 1933 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

When the writ petitions are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare submit that the issue raised in the instant writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6437 of 2019, dated 27-03-2019.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners to submit fresh representation within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order seeking their claim for regularization of their services and for grant of regular pay scale attached to the post of Teachers in terms of the judgment in W.P.No.7318 of 2000 dated 16.08.2017. Upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
