This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners-A.5 and A.7 in Crime No.134 of 2017 of Srikakulam II Town Police Station, Srikakulam District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 306 I.P.C. r/w 34 I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners-A.5 and A.7 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, apart from perusing the material available on record. 3.

In the course of submissions made by both sides, it has come to light that the petitioners-A.5 and A.7 have not filed bail application before the Court of Session, if they choose they can do so. There are no special circumstances to deal with this application by this Court. 4.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners-A.5 and A.7 to move similar bail application before the competent Court of Session.
