Learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to apply in Form-6A under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for mutation of petitioner's name in record of rights and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to the concerned authorities.

Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
