This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "..to issue a appropriate writ, in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not considering and disposing of the Revision application dt.22.10.2013 (in file No.16164/M.II/(1)/2013-1) as illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to the provisions of Rule 35-A of APMMC Rules 1966 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to hear and dispose of the Revision application dt. 22.10.2013 and pass such other order or orders as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and equity." 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for the respondents. Perused material record.

The only grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that its revision application, dated 22.10.2013, pending before the Government, is not yet disposed of till date. Therefore, the petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent for disposal of the aforestated revision application in strict accordance with procedure established by law. 4.
Having regard to the facts and submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the revision application, dated 22.10.2013, of the petitioner, in strict accordance with procedure established by law as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, however, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
