Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 through mee-seva on 25.07.2017 for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the land claimed by the petitioner to 3rd respondent and contends that the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
