HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7514 OF 2017 ORDER:

The limited grievance with which the petitioner has come up with the above revision is that her application for setting aside the ex parte decree is pending for the past two years without disposal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the limited nature of the grievance, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. The delay in filing the set aside petition has already been condoned. Therefore, there can no impediment for disposal of the application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC.

5. Hence, the revision petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the I.A. No.1366 of 2015 within a period of two months.
