THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7541 of 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 13.11.2017 passed in I.A.No.405 of 2017 in O.S.No.490 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with a liberty to file a similar type of petition before the trial Court.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a similar type of petition before the trial Court, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
