Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that he has filed an application on 25-10-2017 through Mee Seva online in Form VIA under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass books Act, 1971 before 4th respondent for mutation for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed, and 4th respondent is not taking action thereon. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will decide the said application within six (06) weeks after giving notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to decide the said application within six (06) weeks after giving notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
