THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.44894 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner has filed this writ petition contending that he has given an application on 23.12.2016 and also a representation on 07.11.2017 for grant of quarry lease to the 4th respondent and that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the said application and representation within six weeks.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the application dt. 23.12.2016 and representation dt.07.11.2017 made by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
