Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the 'lis' in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 10.10.2017 in WP.No.33698 of 2017 and the same is not disputed by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel and the reasons alike in that writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner bearing No.11-2100 to 102 and 11-2-100 to 102/1, Mylargadda, Namalagundu, Secunderabad, subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipality/Municipal Corporation, within three months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action for withdrawal of power supply, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
