HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO SECOND APPEAL No.1508 of 2017 JUDGMENT:

The 4th defendant/appellant and the plaintiff/1st respondent representing through GPA-cum-her husband right from the trial Court as can be seen from the trial Court's judgment and decree including lower appellate Court's judgment and decree also referred in the cause title as representing through GPA are present and stated that they amicably settled the suit claim for recovery of the money for the rent component and to vacate the premises arrived as mentioned in the memo of compromise. They accepted the memo of compromise terms as voluntary entered to bind them and to record.

Having regard to the above, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise memo. The compromise memo is to be appended as part of the compromise decree.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
